This site is operated by Baraworks, a sole proprietorship of Paul Krishnamurthy based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. By browsing it or sending us a message, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This is the part worth reading twice. Nothing on this page creates a contract to do work, sets a price, or promises a timeline. Every Baraworks engagement is governed by its own written proposal or agreement covering scope, fees, schedule, ownership, and responsibilities.

Where anything here conflicts with a signed project agreement, that agreement wins. Descriptions of our services on this site are marketing, not a binding offer.

You are welcome to read it, share it, and get in touch. Please do not:

• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else.
• Use the contact form to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful.
• Misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

The design, code, written copy, and graphics on this site belong to Baraworks unless stated otherwise. The Baraworks name and the crystal mark are ours. You may quote or link to our content with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.

Our case studies include screenshots, names, and quotes from real clients, published with their permission. Those brands, logos, and site designs belong to the clients, not to us, and appear here only to show work we did. Testimonials are the words of the person quoted and describe their own experience - they are not a promise of any particular result for you.

We link to live client sites and occasionally to other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information.

The site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate, fast, and available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

To the extent the law allows, Baraworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability in connection with the website is limited to CAD $100.

This clause is about the website. Liability for project work is set out in the relevant project agreement, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes about the website go to the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
