Paul is a Christian, and has been building software professionally since 2015 - much of it as a founding engineer at developer-infrastructure companies. He leads every Baraworks project himself, from the first conversation through launch and beyond. No account managers relaying messages, no handoff to a team you never met, no junior developer quietly learning on your budget.
When a project calls for skills outside that scope - brand and identity work, specialist design, motion, or a particular backend discipline - we bring in trusted collaborators on a per-project basis. They are people we have worked with and would vouch for, and the accountability stays here either way.
